The client
Star City Yangon, developed by Yoma Land in 2015, is a 400-acre residential landmark that offers towers, townhouses and condos that combine luxury living with modern convenience.
At Star City, over 8,500 people already call it home—and with more moving in each year, it feels like a city within a city. However, residents often feel disconnected with the neighborhood, and many find it inconvenient that routine tasks like paying service fees or booking amenities still require phone calls or manual visits. Residents moved here seeking an easy living experience, but these daily small hassles prevent them from fully enjoying it.

Connecting Neighbors, Modern Living — All in One App
Creating a warm and connected neighborhood starts with making sure residents feel connected and inclusive. So, we designed a resident-centric mobile app that is smart, supportive, and easy to use. The app consolidates and transformed daily, weekly, and monthly repetitive tasks - utility bill payments, booking amenities, estate updates and maintenance requests - into an online, instant, and convenient experience. We also built a in-app community feed, similar to a social media newsfeed, where residents can share experiences, post updates, react, and chat to engage with their neighbors.

The Impact
The app is now used by 8,000+ residents, and estate managers now have a centralized system to monitor requests and communications in real time, improving efficiency and accuracy. Overall, the app has rebranded property management and improved satisfaction, delivering the smart and luxury lifestyles residents expected.
