Pocket is Myanmar’s first-ever reward coalition platform that creates a sensational shopping experience by connecting customers and brands.
Our wallets are often packed with expires coupons, unused stamp cards and old membership cards that we barely remember collecting. And, this is where most loyalty programs fall short. We, customers easily miss out on rewards and special offers, while businesses lose the chance to keep customers engaged and loyal. Seeing this gap, Pocket spotted an opportunity to reinvent the loyalty experience and partnered with onenex to bring the idea to life.

Building a Unified Reward Coalition Platform
With Pocket team, we redefined how brands run campaigns, maintain engagement with customers and build lasting loyalty. Together, we built a reward coalition platform that lets customers earn points at one shop and redeem them at another, making loyalty fun and rewarding. By bringing traditional programs like memberships, stamp cards, and vouchers from various brands into one sleek mobile app, customers can access all their rewards in one place and get reminders to use them before they expire. To add an extra layer of excitement, we also added mini-games like spin the wheel and lucky draws which encourages customers coming back and interact with the brands more often.

Since its launch, over 80 brands have joined Pocket’s loyalty services, and more than 600,000 users have installed the app.
