Creating An Intuitive Banking Experience

The client

A Bank has been one of Myanmar’s largest commercial and private banks since 2014, operating over 50 branches across the country.
Banking websites sometimes unintentionally overwhelm customers with the site's overloaded information, buried under complicated menus, or cluttered layouts. A Bank wanted to change that by creating an intuitive online banking experience that would set it apart from its peers.

Building a Dynamic, Future-Ready Website for A Bank
Upon receiving the figma design file and detailed marketing strategies from A Bank team, we immediately kickoff on the website development phase. We chose Strapi CMS to focus on creating dynamic pages that can easily adapt and extend as the bank’s services evolve. Interactive tools such as loan and interest rate calculators are also integrated, so users can quickly estimate the monthly payments, interest costs, and loan terms just on website without visiting a branch. The entire site is built from scratch and worked closely with A Bank team to incorporate their feedback throughout the journey.

The Impact

The new website of A Bank made it easier for customers to digest information, results website traffic growth and time spent on site. On the operation side, the admin dashboard streamlined content management, reducing reliance on the development team for routine updates and allowing the bank’s staff to manage the website more efficiently.
